CUT TO SIZE ORDERS

Order Status

Depending on your purchase, your order may progress through a number of order  stages. We will send you an email each time there is progress on your order to keep you in the loop

My Order Never Arrived And It Says It Has Been Completed

Please keep an eye on your email

Once your order reaches the completed status it is usually dispatched the next business day.

You can expect delivery in the following time frames:

Metro: 1-3 Business Days
Regional: 3-5 Business days

I Didn't Receive An Email Confirmation Of My Order

Make sure we didn’t go to your trash. If we did, mark us as a safe sender so we don’t end up back in there. Then do a search in your inbox for “Plastic Warehouse” or “plasticwarehouse.com.au” to find us. If it’s still not showing, you may have entered your email address in accidentally. Just pop us an email to hello@plasticwarehouse.com.au and we’ll help you out.

Can I Return My Purchase

Unfortunately we do not offer returns on purchases for change of mind, it is your responsibility to ensure that the product you have order is fit for your specific purpose. Please choose carefully.

 

In the event that the product you receive was faulty or damaged we will gladly offer a repair, replacement or refund as required under the ACCC’s Consume Guarantee Guideline.

Can I Exchange My Purchase For Something Else

Yes, we will gladly exchange your purchase for something else. In this case it is your responsibility to arrange to have your original product returned to us and pay the cost of shipping the new item to you.

 

Products that have been cut to size or have had the masking removed or damaged cannot be returned for an exchange.

For larger items a restocking fee of $49.50 may also apply.

How Long Does A Cut To Size Order Take?

Cutting takes around 3-5 business day to have a cut to size order ready for delivery or pickup.

Orders placed in Victoria will experience a slightly longer wait being 7 – 10 business days.

Please keep an eye on your emails as we will update you  as your order progresses.

How Accurate Is A Cut To Size Order?

We cut orders to the millimetre so you get the correct size every time. While we do take every care to ensure we meet your exact measurements, plastics do expand and contract due to thermal expansion (changes in temperature).

 

If there are any issues with your cutting, please get in touch with us so we can rectify this.

Can I Get An Urgent Cut To Size Order?

Unfortunately not. As we don’t cut on site at our warehouse we are unable to speed up the process, even if you offer to pay to do so.

Local Pick Up

If you wish to pick up your order will usually be ready within one business day (depending on stock availability). Keep an eye out for an email from us advising you that your order is ready for pickup. Please note cut to size is still subject to the 3-5 business day turnaround

Full Standard and Extra Large Sheet Products

Metro

While there are no tracking for these order types, we send our metro deliveries for full sheets out everyday, so you will receive your order the next day, subject to any stock or handling abnormalities. When our drivers are on their way, they will give you a call on your nominated phone number (you would have entered this at checkout). If you’re having any issues, please email us at hello@plasticwarehouse.com.au

Regional

We send our regional orders for full sheets via Toll Express. You will receive an email from Toll Express with your tracking details. If you did not receive this email, and you have logged into your account to confirm your order has been processed, please email us at hello@plasticwarehouse.com.au and we’ll find it for you!

Shipping Costs

Our shipping costs vary based on your order size. We have broken down the figures below to give you an idea as to shipping. Please note these rates are indicative only (actual amount will be displayed in your Cart total) and are subject to change.

Small Sheet Products, Accessory Products, Tools and Parts

  • Metro Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Perth – $20 per order
  • Regional – $30 per order

Full Standard and Extra Large Sheet Products

  • Metro Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Perth – $40-60 per order
  • Regional – up to $90-$200

Delivery Times

Small Sheet Products, Accessory Products, Tools and Parts

All small orders are sent via our express courier providers, usually TNT or Border Express. Estimated lead times are below:

  • Metro Syd, Mel, Bris, Adel – normally 1-3 business days but please allow up to 5 business days
  • Regional, NT & WA – up to 5 business days

Full Standard and Extra Large Sheet Products

All our full sheets are sent via our reliable freight contractors. Estimated lead times are below:

  • Metro Syd, Mel, Bris, Adel – normally 1-3 business days but please allow up to 5 business days
  • Regional, NT & WA – from 4 to 10 business days

Cut To Size

For all Cut to Size orders please add an additional 3-5 business days onto your order

 

How Are Sheets Delivered

Small sheets, rods and tubes are usually delivered via courier.

Important Notes For Full / Large Sheet Delivery

It comes with the territory of dealing with large awkward products that we need to make special provisions for delivery. We are an online store, but unfortunately delivery of plastic sheets is often not quite as simple as leaving a t-shirt in a prepaid satchel at your door! Therefore, please note the following carefully and call us if you have any questions at all:

  1. Full sheets are delivered via our local contractors (for Metro areas) or Border Express, using large trucks (up to 10 tonne). If you live in a narrow street, or a street that is otherwise non-accessible for our trucks, you will need to arrange delivery at an alternative address.
  2. You will need to make sure 2 people are available to collect full sheet orders from the driver, as they are heavy and awkward to carry.
  3. The price for shipping is delivered to the front door or base of the building at the delivery address. We do NOT carry products into lifts, up stairwells, through corridors or any other thoroughfare to get to individual suites or apartments.
  4. If we are required to re-deliver your order for any reason not caused by Plastic Warehouse’s error, a re-delivery fee equal to your original shipping cost will be charged before re-delivery is made.

Will I Be Able to Lift It Into My Home Alone?

We highly recommend you do not try and lift the sheets on your own. You will need at least 2 people to lift a full sized sheet, no matter what the thickness. Please make sure there are 2 people at residential delivery addresses when receiving full sized sheets, or extra charges may apply for offloading. International Shipping

At this stage we do not offer international shipping.

Remote Delivery Areas

While we do our best to offer Australia-wide shipping, there are just some remote areas our freight carriers can’t go to.

Don’t worry if that’s the case for your address and if we can’t make it to you, we’ll reach out to discuss other options, and see if we can offer a solution.

How Secure Is My Data?

Plastic Warehouse uses the latest in data security technology to keep your details safe. We run an Extended Validation Secure Socket Layer (SSL) by a world security leader, Trust Wave Inc. These EV SSL Certificates have 256-bit encryption, making any data sent to our website almost unhackable. That’s why your internet browser will make our domain green when in your URL bar when you go to any of our pages, confirming the security on our website. On top of this, we use the National Australia Bank’s online payment gateway platform, NAB Transact, to process your credit card details, making sure they are secure all the way through the purchasing process.

Becoming a member is as easy as pie! You literally jump on this link, plug in your name and email address, and you’re done. Do it here: SIGN UP. If you’re already a member, it will tell you! How Often Will I Get Emails From You?

The only emails we will send you relate to your orders or setting up your account. We wont send you any of that annoying stuff

All membership discounts are automatically when you check out! No need to do anything except enjoy your shop, with a discount.

How Do I Order A Cut to Size Sheet?

We cut sheets to custom sizes for you. Please select “Custom Size” in the size drop down menu, enter your desired thickness, then enter your custom size range when adding your item to cart! If you have any issues you can reach out to us at any time at hello@plasticwarehouse.com.au.
