HDPE Sheet and Rod (Also known as PE100, PE-HD)
HDPE (High Density Polyethylene) is a highly versatile plastic with such an impressive range of properties that it’s perfect for applications such as tanks (water, chemicals etc.), industrial equipment, linings, construction and even playground equipment.
It’s no surprise then, that HDPE is one of the most widely used plastics in Australia!
HDPE is also known in the market by other common names such as PE100, PE-HD, PE300, High Density PE but these are often just brand-specific names.
These sheets offer high impact strength even, at low temperatures, together with good corrosion resistance as well as excellent processing properties and a high tolerance to chemicals.
The black sheets we offer are UV stabilised to offer longevity for use outdoors, while the natural (white) PE is approved for food contact by the FDA. Our range has a service temperature range from -50 degrees C to +80 degrees C.
